The before school pictureG. started his first day of 2nd grade yesterday. I carried on a tradition from my childhood- decorating the dining room table for a first day of school breakfast. I took it up a notch this year and made G. a cute little journal to write down exciting events from the school year. G. is always excited to wake up and see the table. But, he is always so nervous for school he barely eats his grand breakfast. Then why do I go through all that work you ask yourself? Well, because I love that kid like crazy.
I put on several pictures of my beautiful breakfast table. As I was about to post I realized that G.'s name was all over the table. And as many of you have noticed we don't post our names. So the pictures were not meant to be.
